The terms that govern your use of the BBM Connect platform.
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of BBM Connect, a WhatsApp commerce automation platform operated by Big Brand Marketing ("BBM", "we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
BBM Connect allows a Client to connect their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) via Meta's official Embedded Signup flow and send automated messages — including order updates, cart recovery, and payment reminders — to their own customers, on a pay-per-message wallet basis.
You agree to use BBM Connect strictly in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these obligations, with or without notice, particularly where such use puts our Meta Tech Provider status or other Clients' accounts at risk.
Message templates submitted through BBM Connect are subject to Meta's independent review and approval process. BBM does not guarantee approval timelines or outcomes, as these are determined solely by Meta.
BBM Connect depends on the availability of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not liable for service interruptions, message delivery failures, or account restrictions caused by Meta's systems or policy enforcement actions.
To the extent permitted by law, BBM's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the wallet balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.
You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account and close your Client account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of Meta's policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
